Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Fashion Technology

• Bachelor/Diploma in Textile Engineering or Fashion Technology

• At least 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House
• Factory-based role with extensive floor presence.
• Should have the capacity to work a long time at the factory as and when required during peak seasons.
• Occasional travel to other production sites.
• Good Knowledge & Experience on Garments manufacturing process, & Wash garments products and fabrics
• Should have patient to work under pressure.
• Good communication & follow-up skills in English.
• Experienced in MS office specially MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint, Data analysis & report preparation

Job Purpose:

To monitor and control garment quality across Knit & Woven products, ensuring all production meets Concord Ventures and buyer standards from raw materials to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabric & Pre-Production:

• Inspect fabric quality, color, shrinkage, and shade consistency.

• Review size sets, recommend pattern amendments.

• Participate in Pre-Production Meetings (PPM).

In-line Quality Control:

• Conduct daily in-line inspections and measurement checks.

• Monitor line setup, machine calibration, and workmanship.

• Ensure correct print, embroidery, wash effects, and cutting quality.

Process Control & Compliance:

• Ensure SOP and buyer standard compliance.

• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

• Maintain washing standards, hand feel, and durability.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Provide accurate daily production/quality updates.

• Escalate issues and maintain QC documentation.

• Prepare inspection reports and measurement sheets.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Support factories in meeting buyer quality standards.

• Coordinate with mills, embellishment units, and finishing teams.

• Assist in buyer visits and final audits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• First-time, on-time sample approval rate ≥ 95%.

• Maintain DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) within target limits.

• Reduce rework/rejection rates.

• Timely & accurate quality reporting.

• 100% compliance with Concord Ventures SOPs and buyer standards.
