• The applicants should have experience in handling UK/ and European Union Buyer

Purpose of the Job: We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated Sr. Merchandising Manager to join our Merchandising team. As a Sr. Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company`s success by effectively managing the end-to-end merchandising processes. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for market trends, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences through the right product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments, including Development, Planning, and Production, to ensure cohesive execution of merchandising strategies.

• Update & review end-to-end critical paths with the Cross-Functional team (SPL/ F&T/ Factory) daily for allocated orders.

• Follow up all LCs with the commercial team & secure them in a timely manner.

• Overseas/Local fabric & trims follow-up.

• Ensure capacity confirmation with planning team.

• Ensure weekly planning notes & Recaps are on track and up to date.

• Communicate weekly updates to the customer including Capacity Updates.

• Ensure sample T&A management.

• Ensure and work based on DL`s, share projections with mill/ suppliers & ensure deliveries/ inputs are secured.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise.

• Manage team performance & recommend proper evaluations for respective team members
