Understand the operation principle of production equipment and skillfully operate production equipment;

United Delcot Water Ltd, a joint venture between Jiangsu United Water Technology Co., Ltd. and Delcot Water Ltd. The first water PPP project in Purbachol New Town.

We are Looking for a skilled Pump Operator (For Water Treatment Plant) .

He will be responsible for the operation & maintenance of all machinery used in our Water Treatment Plant. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities :

• Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the company and departments.

• Strictly implement the safety operation procedures according to the dispatching instructions, and start and stop the pump house unit in time.

• Reasonably adjust the dosing according to the water quality data provided by the water quality testing center, and enable the residual chlorine, turbidity and PH value of the factory water to meet the specified requirements.

• Monitor the safe operation of machine, pump and electrical equipment as required.

• Timely report the abnormal conditions in the operation of electromechanical equipment to the production In-charge.

• Record production and operation data timely and accurately.

• Understand the water purification process, accept the guidance of the water quality testing center, and master the basic principle and operation method of water quality testing.

• Strictly implement the drug warehousing management system and handle the warehouse outbound collection procedures.

• Properly keep, inspect and maintain rescue equipment, emergency drugs and firefighting equipment as required.

• Before shift, check the equipment operation records, and report the abnormal operation of the equipment to the Production In-charge in time.

• According to the patrol inspection plan, be responsible for patrol inspection of equipment under its jurisdiction, make patrol inspection records, and report abnormal conditions to the Production In-charge in time.

• Under the command of the Production In-charge , be responsible for simple equipment maintenance and make corresponding equipment maintenance records.

• Correctly handle emergencies, timely report to the Production In-charge, and make detailed records;

• Participate in the acceptance after major and minor repair of equipment;

• Make timely and accurate statistics of equipment operation status, be responsible for summarizing records, prepare monthly reports and submit them to the supervisor;

• Be responsible for the environmental sanitation of equipment inside and outside the pump room.
