Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate/Graduate in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology.
∎ Public University candidates are requested for apply, with excellent academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide psychosocial counseling services to stop trafficking from the factory.
∎ Documentation, record keeping and maintain all kinds of forms/registers, reports, files, and other documents related to his/her jurisdiction. e.g., counseling, psychosocial support, behavioral data collection etc.
∎ Assist in prepare monthly, quarterly, and other periodical reports as per guideline and requirement of A Plus Group.
∎ Maintain close liaison with other relevant stakeholders from government and non-government organizations.
∎ Participate in different training, meeting, workshop, seminar, symposium organized by the company and other counterpart.
∎ Other duties, as assigned by the Chairman of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Having experience on working with the trafficking survivors or relevant group in providing psychosocial counselling
∎ Having certification upon completion of courses in psychosocial counselling services.
∎ Experience in reintegration services for human trafficking.
∎ Experience with the detailed documentation of providing counseling services to stop trafficking.
∎ Perceived positive attitude and sensitivity to support vulnerable and at-risk groups, and communities.
∎ Strong understanding of gender and diversity issues;
∎ Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills; and
∎ Basic computer proficiency: i.e. MS Office, database management, coordination via email, project-specific management information systems, etc
