Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for project development, monitoring and evaluate the project implementation progress. MEAL Officer will be also responsible for the development of Annual Operation Plan, MEAL Plan and programme quality indicators. He/She will also work on staff capacity development and response mechanism to fill out the gaps in project indicators.
∎ Also, will provide support for all correlation between databases and assessment data. This position will maintain chain with information management and assist in enriching WASH database. Information Management Officers are also bound to maintain the documentation of the update and outcomes of each project activities under the project document. Responsibilities are also belong to maintain the documentation of the update and outcomes of each activities under the objectives, advocacy and networking initiative.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Programme/Project Manager, Programme teams in incorporating monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning into programme design, proposal development and internal and external reporting.
∎ Capture, share and communicate key programme learning, unique cases and other relevant documents with programme staff, donor and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure implementation of project activities covey the different emergency response guideline like SPHERE, Core Humanitarian Standard and BRAC WASH Strategy.
∎ Ensure Result based monitoring framework and MEAL plan effectively utilized in programs and monitoring and evaluation activities performed for focusing on program result chain.
∎ Develop MEAL calendar, MEAL guideline, Annual operation plan (AOP), Field monitoring plan and Program quality assurance process.
∎ Build staff capacity in MEAL system and on different standardized monitoring and evaluation tools.
∎ Support to Project Manager for conducting staff training need assessment.
∎ Build staff capacity on appropriate feedback and response mechanism in field level for ensuring accountability.
∎ Provide field-monitoring report on time and help to project manager for minimizing the negative impact and maximizing the positive impact.
∎ Support to project manager for preparing quarterly based donor report.
∎ Provide Annual day observation report and it’s disseminated to Project manager, senior management and donor with consent of line supervisor.
∎ Prepare TOR development of different assessment, training and assist to technical support to prepare training report.
∎ To work closely with other team members of HCMP, cross-sectoral team and other relevant departments especially MEAL and GAM to perform MEAL related activities.
∎ To conduct data auditing for ensuring quality of data to produce quality of MEAL through coordination with project staffs.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Provide support in establishing and maintenance of an information management hub at the project level;
∎ Provide support to collect data, process, analyze and disseminate in understandable manner to all camp population and relevant stakeholders;
∎ Identify gaps and needs within the camp, elaborate service mapping in close coordination with information points.
∎ Collect information (data) on the needs of the population and ensure regular collection of data for the camp profile;
∎ Develop database management system and preventing data from lost.
∎ Manage information of all site visitors;
∎ Maintain and update site/camp level contact list, service mapping, 4W form, meeting minutes, and closely work with relevant stakeholders;
∎ Responsible for sharing information with camp actors and relevant government departments upon request from the concerned;
∎ Work closely with project team members and share information with them.
∎ Support feedback mechanism through information providing;
∎ Prepare and circulate weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting minutes.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS report both quantative and qualitative.
∎ Support to prepare quarterly and yearly donor report.
∎ Prepare any other report when Project Manager feel.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
