Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in Agriculture and Business Development/ Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain the data base of Rohingya youths who are trained on Agricultural production by the project.
∎ Actively engage the trained youth Rohingyas in agricultural income generating actives especially in agricultural micro enterprise in Camps.
∎ Working closely with the trained Rohingya youths in developing their business plan regarding the agro-micro enterprise.
∎ Provide the necessary support in planning of the agri-livelihood activity, supervision and monitoring of the activities.
∎ Provide overall technical expertise and management of all agriculture related activities.
∎ Provide relevant technical guidance and collaborate with deliver the participatory community assessments.
∎ Engaging and building strong relationships with community members, analyzing data collected to identify agricultural-related gaps, designing priority action plans regarding agricultural livelihood.
∎ To provide support to the Deputy Manager-Vocational Training Specialist (Agri Crop) in designing and delivering of the trainings to training participants.
∎ To conduct Livelihood activities in the field under the guidance of the Line Manager (input distribution, trainings, set up, monitoring, reporting, etc.).
∎ Document field achievements, innovations, failures, and lessons learned to integrate into project activities and inform project strategy.
∎ Ensure the timely implementation of field works as per the predefined schedule.
∎ Inform and document the anomalies and the challenges carried out during the implementation phase of the program.
∎ Coordinate with local authorities and ensuring continuous communication with beneficiaries, project team members and communities' representatives regarding the implementation of works and in order to ensure a flawless progress of activities.
∎ Regular field visit, monitor, document and report work progress on daily and weekly basis.
∎ Report possible problem or conflict with possible solutions during the activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor or management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge on monitoring & evaluation, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
