Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Any other relevant subject from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain schedules and coordinate to arrange appointments, meetings, conferences, travel, interview, events, and other similar activities as well as prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
∎ Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to management across the range of his/her work.
∎ To maintain and organize the filing system, and all other relevant areas as necessary
∎ Collect information from the different sectors, Analysis data and prepare a report, and submit it to Management.
∎ Assist the Project Manager (Budget, Finance & Logistics) in the budget requirement for admin & logistics support as per the project's needs.
∎ Track all the administration cost and other procurement-related cost and work closely to ensure the plans and procurement process is done as per the agreed and approved plan.
∎ Raise transport requisition as per Sector requirement and maintain tracking sheet.
∎ Coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, HRD, Admin & other departments on necessary issues.
∎ Support the PM Budget, Finance, Procurement & Logistics through the development of the tracking tools and compilation of the agreed reporting templates.
∎ Arrange meetings, workshops, and training sessions as per management requirements.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Receiving, opening, sorting, and prioritizing incoming phone calls/emails/visitors and distributing incoming correspondence.
∎ Maintaining paper, file, and retrieve documents, electronic files/records/reports-official/personal
∎ Follow decisions and liaison with other departments of the organization.
∎ Providing logistics support and performing other duties assigned by Management.
∎ Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
