Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop production schedules and plans for both soap and bakery products, taking into account demand, available resources, and inventory levels
∎ Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures for both soap and bakery products to ensure they meet regulatory standards and customer expectations
∎ Oversee the soap and bakery production processes, monitoring each stage to ensure products are being made correctly and efficiently
∎ Manage the inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for both soap and bakery items, ensuring adequate supply without excess wastage
∎ Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and ingredients, to maximize productivity in both the soap and bakery production areas
∎ Coordinate maintenance and servicing of production machinery and bakery ovens to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
∎ Enforce safety protocols and practices in both the soap and bakery production areas, conducting regular safety inspections and providing training to staff
∎ Lead and motivate production teams in both soap and bakery departments, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets are met
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities in both soap and bakery production processes while maintaining product quality and consistency
∎ Recipe and Formulation Development: Work with the bakery team to create and improve bakery recipes and with the soap production team to develop new soap formulations
∎ Promote environmentally friendly practices in both soap and bakery production, seeking ways to reduce waste and conserve resources
∎ Encourage cross-training between soap and bakery production teams to create a flexible workforce and improve overall efficiency
∎ Stay updated with food safety and hygiene regulations for both soap and bakery production, ensuring compliance at all times
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure an adequate supply of products to meet market demands
∎ Maintain accurate production records, including output volumes, quality control results, and inventory levels for both soap and bakery products
∎ Regular coordination with other team players in project implementation
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Preference will be given to those who are currently working in soaps & bakery production
∎ Will assist to contribute on project related issues and any other task assigned by supervisor
∎ Maintenance of utilities machineries and equipment's
∎ Must have good interpersonal communication and analytical skills
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application
∎ Sound knowledge on marketing strategies
∎ Knowledge about soap and Bakery making process and quality control
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
∎ Report preparing
∎ Coordination and communication
∎ Motivation Skills

∎ Ability to work with team
