Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Education or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the project plan effectively.
∎ Guide and supervise field-based Deputy Project Manager, Technical Officers, PO, Material developers, Master Trainers and other relevant field staffs.
∎ Sign and adhere to the code of conduct of BRAC.
∎ Capacity building of the components, team members & teachers.
∎ Assist and collaborate with the Head Office project team.
∎ Liaison with the Donors, Govt. agencies and other stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and preserve project reports.
∎ Prepare and handle the project budget.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Ensure to fulfill the logistical needs of HCMP Education Activities.
∎ Provide quantitative data reports on need basis to Sector, Donors, Team Lead and Manager.
∎ Collect and preserve the data of Education Programme.
∎ Represent BRAC in meeting and workshops.
∎ Support in IT side to develop Materials of Learning sessions.
∎ Provide narrative reports on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly basis to Sector, Donors, Team Lead and Manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies, monitoring and evaluation of performance of projects.
∎ Budgeting and accounting, accounting software skills, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing budgets.
∎ Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with the relevant stakeholders.
