Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s/ Equivalent in any relevant subject from any recognized university (UGC approved) with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the implementation of the overall responsibilities of FSS to meet the expected outputs and overall purpose of the Sector.
∎ Participate in FSS meetings regularly and co-facilitate the Sector meetings (and/or joint meetings with other working groups), when appropriate.
∎ Facilitate the inclusiveness of new local Partners and support with translation when/if needed.
∎ Strengthen the management of the Sector, action and results-oriented, with decisions clearly communicated to relevant partners and stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate agreement on an efficient division of labor and the assignment of responsibilities amongst members which takes account of their comparative advantages and complementarities.
∎ Ensure that the strategic operational framework of the Sector is updated regularly according to evolving needs.
∎ Maintain appropriate links and dialogue with Sector partners and other relevant actors especially the local NGOs and INGOs and NGO Forum.
∎ Participate actively in priority setting for meeting agenda and the development of an emergency strategy, preparedness and action plan.
∎ Participate actively in sector/inter-agency contingency planning and preparedness, ensuring that the FSS members are also contributing to and sharing responsibilities.
∎ Represent the interests of the Sector in discussions with stakeholders on priorities, resource mobilization and advocacy.
∎ Participate actively on development, revision, dissemination and application of technical standard and best practices.
