Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 35 years
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
Familiar with material properties and their processing technic.
Professional with Office, AutoCAD and Solid works.
Familiar with Electroplating and Mold Maintenance.
Able to work independently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Implement new plastic product introduction from launch to mass production.
Prepare 2D & 3D plastic product drawings and product specification.
Follow up schedule of new mold, jig, fixture, equipment...etc.;
Organize and follow up new plastic products testing.
Improve plastic product according to customer and factory.
Summarize plastic product development experience and improve product quality continuously.
Follow up new plastic product sample order.
Organize and implement new plastic product review, verification and confirmation.
Follow up new plastic product pre-production.
Solve after sales technical issue.
Improve production process and quality with Quality Engineering.
