Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CREST project seeks to enable private sector and regional actors to better protect the human and labour rights of migrant workers within supply chains across Asia. For more information on the project please visit the CREST Website
∎ 1. Support the NPO in preparing background notes, report for discussions with the private sector, public sector and civil society partners on the topic of corporate responsibility, modern slavery, ethical recruitment etc.
∎ 2. Prepare notes for file/meeting notes for record keeping in of various meetings, workshops and related events under the CREST initiative.
∎ 3. Provide support and assistance to National Programme Officer in ways of working with relevant Private organizations, Government Ministries & Departments, local partners, civil societies to maximise impact in achieving long term objectives of the project (s).
∎ 4. Assist the National Programme Officer in implementing the project activities through effective communication and administrative support and in delivering the quality input to relevant organisations/departments guided by project document(s) and project implementation plan.
∎ 5. Provide administrative assistance in coordinating and organizing different meetings/ workshops, training, project related meetings/representations that are substantive, engaging and motivating in the area of corporate responsibility, modern slavery, country trafficking, ethical recruitment etc.
∎ 6. Assist in documentation of project(s) experiences and lessons to contribute to overall project implementation as per donor requirement.
∎ 7. Assist the NPO in preparing training workplans including administrative and logistical arrangements
∎ 8. Support in assessing the training programs' effectiveness, success and periodically report on them.
∎ 9. Undertake any other duties assigned by the Senior Management, Head of Migrant Protection Unit and National Programme Officer.
∎ 10. Undertake field visit related to programme
