∎ JOB PURPOSE: Coordinate programme development and strategic development, climate change mainstreaming in the organisation and providing clarity to organisational climate outcome and output indicators, project management, guide climate change grant making and implementation of CCA related activities in collaboration with different BRAC programmes.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the other programme to implement project on emergency economic recovery for climate migrant people
∎ Prepare yearly work plan, policy and strategic documents on need basis
∎ Develop programme capacity develop plan and guide to prepare training module for the project staff
∎ Coordinate development of programme and projects on climate change adaptation and mitigation (AdMit)
∎ Oversee implementation of the emergency projects/ interventions which will involve onsite supervision through field visits
∎ Drive capacity building of team members, relevant BRAC Programmes and project staff on CCA
∎ Prepare all Climate Bridge Fund (CBF) related documents/papers on programme and organizational need basis
∎ Support research and identify media stories, writes and edits media releases, and feature stories within tight timeframes which consistently meet agreed BRAC standards
∎ Communicate with different clusters, forums, and donor organisations to improve coordination, capacity and liaison
∎ Supportive supervision of project staff for their intellectual growth

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point, VBA, Google Slides etc.)
∎ Knowledge on data analysis software will be an asset (SPSS/STATA/ R/ Python/Tableau/ Microsoft power BI etc.)
∎ Proposal and report writing skills and networking skills
∎ Financial Management and Budgeting
∎ Team building and leading capacity and ability to work under pressure and deadline
∎ Flexible to face new challenges
∎ Analytical thinking, decision making
∎ Minimum 7 years' of working experience in the relevant field.
