Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Food Technology / Mechanical / Electrical CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division or equivalent result

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish production processes as per plan / schedule; control quality, costs, and other techniques for maximising the effective manufacture storage; distribute of goods with maintaining product quality
∎ Set out optimum utilization of man, machine and materials for better productivity
∎ Be aware of the chemical composition, danger sign, production techniques, structure and properties of substances and the chemical processes and transformations
∎ Maintain SOP, ISO, GMP, GHP, PPE & HACCP guideline in the production floor
∎ Check product quality, specification and various parameter (TEM, pressure, volume, weight, cooling) and ensure computer entry of all product’s production date, expiry date, all raw and packing materials batches, finished products, chemical in ERP system
∎ Solve the problem occurs and immediately inform to the supervisor incase of inability to solve that problem
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Do any task assigned by the supervisor as and when required
∎ Job Location: Aarong Dairy (Factory), Gazipur

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have knowledge on quality, monitoring, production process, standardization and processing of dairy product
∎ Have basic Knowledge on ISO. GMP, CCP, SOP, HACCP etc.
∎ Have to be active learner, service oriented
∎ Able to build a relation, lead a team and work under pressure
∎ Have the skill of effective communication and multitasking
