Job Context:

∎ Direct Reports: GM (Sales & Marketing)
∎ Indirect Reports: Management
∎ Purpose of the job: Ensuring quality & control, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production with all product section.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scientific group planning and follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assists in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Working closely with Sales & Marketing dept. in terms developing new products.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the supply chain
∎ Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ Must be practical and implement different concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ To review production plan with capacity & strength.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study
∎ To evaluate and assess weekly machine & manpower requirement
∎ To help achieve daily planed target
∎ To prepare, maintain and achieve monthly production forecast.
∎ Interact with departmental heads to identify and remove any obstacles to foster an efficient and value driven work culture.
∎ Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiencies.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all employees reporting to the position
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Build and supply professional individual to the various operational wings (Plants) across the factory for sustainable development.
∎ To co-ordinate with Production department for improving their working procedures
∎ Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
∎ Manage occupational safety, health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual
∎ Conduct training for operational sustainability.
∎ Strictly adhere to occupational safety system.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ Submit a report on monthly basis about the production and stock.
∎ Preparing individual plant supervisors performance analysis.
∎ Monitoring of all the necessary paperwork by QC & plant supervisors.
∎ Internal Relationships: QC Manager, Production Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Microbiologist, Production head. Operator.
∎ External Relationships: RM & PM Suppliers, Brand dept, Gov Organizations, Transport dept, Transport companies.
