∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

∎ Age 18 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be able to study Capacity in dry process and wet process in washing plant;
∎ Capable of making SMV in dry and wet process & set up shift wise target in every process;
∎ Assist in studying sample and find process breakdown and simplify process;
∎ Able to take new operators recruitment and skill test Capable of making operator wise and machine wise target achieve report;
∎ Do the root cause analysis of major defect and find the way to reduce it, Operations scanning in every process;
∎ Have to monitor hourly and shift wise production;
∎ Able to provide Man & Machine projection for one/three months and critical process analysis if needed;
∎ Making Efficiency report and other reports as per Management requirement;
∎ Ensure process improvement along with chemical & Manpower saving;
∎ Assist in reducing Rework and Rewash in the plant;
∎ Brainstorming in developing new process for improvement;
∎ Implement IE tools & technique;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
