Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm from any reputed university. Candidates from public university will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the production of all pharmaceutical products from the materials acquisition to processing and subsequent packaging.
∎ Ensure delivery of finished products to the warehouse.
∎ Assign duties of the Operators/Process Workers/Packers effectively and handle technical problems in the production.
∎ Provide overall direction for the technical and administrative operations in the dispensing, processing and packaging area.
∎ Check and fill up the BMR and BPR correctly.
∎ Ensure the production is executed according to the batch processing and batch packaging procedures.
∎ Prepare of URS & TSR to procure the best machines for the production floor.
∎ Analyze the machine break down and running time and report to the Deputy Manager, Production.
∎ Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly production reports and prepare monthly reconciliation report.
∎ Assist the Deputy Manager, Production to improve the productivity and minimize the production cost.
∎ Maintain good relationship with QA/QC personnel, In-Process Control and Inventory planning supervisor.
∎ Do the production planning and product development work.
∎ Prepare the SOPs, conduct the training need analysis and arrange various training program for production department.
∎ Any other task when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Fresher are encouraged to apply but relevant experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company will get preference.
∎ Very good communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office application suite.
∎ Willingness to drive proactively, hard working and ability to work under pressure.
