Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical in elect
• Diploma in Electrical

• BSc. in IPE/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed university or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical for the candidates with good experience. Educational qualification may be relaxed if candidate has work experience in hygiene industry (sanitary napkins, baby diapers)

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience for BSc. Engineers & 5 years of experience for Diploma Engineers in a reputed manufacturing industry    

• Good communication skill in both English & Bengali       

• Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite

• Assist Production Manager to achieve the daily production target as per monthly production plan
• Prepare Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packaging Record according to daily production planning
• Review production process, manage raw material and control waste
• Coordinate to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow
• Maintain good housekeeping, floor and machinery cleaning plans
• Operate and troubleshoot of all equipment and machinery
• Distribute duties and responsibilities to subordinates and supervise their work
• Ensure safety of the plant and compliance rules as per OSHA
• Maintain all kinds of ISO 9001:2015 documents
• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
