Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in IPE/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any recognized institution or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with good work experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and assist production manager to achieve the daily production program as per monthly production plan.
∎ Prepare BMR and BPR according to daily production planning.
∎ Review production process, raw material management and waste control.
∎ Coordinate to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping, floor and machinery cleaning plans.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of and be capable of operating and troubleshooting of all equipment and machinery.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities to subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ Ensure safety of the plant and compliance rules as per OSHA.
∎ Maintain all kinds of ISO 9001:2015 document.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ BSc. engineers require 01-02 year(s) experience and Diploma engineers require a minimum of 07 years’ experience in a reputed manufacturing industry.
∎ Educational qualification may be considered if a candidate has work experience in any hygiene industry (sanitary napkins, baby diapers).
∎ Age maximum 35 years.
∎ Candidates must have good communication and organizational skills and willing to work shift duties and on weekends.
∎ Must have strong team building, decision making, people management skills.
∎ Must have skill to operate hygiene product manufacturing machines.
∎ Proficiency in computer application.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Quality system & standards, Health & safety standard, Process improvement techniques.
