Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any recognized institution or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with good work experience.
∎ Candidates from Public University will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing business
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and assist production manager to achieve the daily production program as per monthly production plan.
∎ Prepare BMR and BPR according to daily production planning.
∎ Review production process, Raw Material management and waste control.
∎ Coordination to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Maintain good Housekeeping, floor and machinery cleaning plains.
∎ Distribute duties and responsibilities to subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To ensure safety of the plant and compliance rules as per OSHA.
∎ Maintain all kind of ISO 9001:2015 documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Diploma Engineers required minimum 07 years experience in a reputed manufacturing industry.
∎ Candidates must possess excellent communication and organization skills and be willing to work shifting duty and during the weekend.
∎ Must have through knowledge of and be capable of operating and troubleshooting of all equipment and machinery.
∎ Should be strong team player, decision making, people management skills, operation skill of hygiene product of manufacturing machine.
∎ Must be proficient in computer operation.
