Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure targeted production
∎ Reduce cost
∎ Ensure quality of man, machine and products
∎ Ensure Line balancing
∎ Report on production
∎ Develop workforce and assessment
∎ Ensure compliance in the floor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work in a challenging environment in Factory.
∎ Have to stay beside Factory. Good in people management.
∎ Able to work under pressure and have confidence to manage workforce.
