• Experience in Glue, Adhesive, Primer, Solvent manufacturing company will get priority.

• Manage the administrative activities of the production facility to arrange the work forces and other functional things to ensure smooth & compliant production operations in the factory.

• Design the layout of the production floor to set up efficient production lines.

• Standardize the production process and build the SOP including all production parameters for each of the product lines and ensure it`s respected during the production process.

• Drive the product development and formalize step by step process parameters.

• Standardize the quality parameters per products and ensure it`s respected during the production to ensure only right quality are produced.

• Train the factory workforce in the production process, quality standard, safety & hygiene requirements and ensure it`s maintained throughout the factory operations.

• Drive the factory operations for better efficiency to optimize per unit production cost of the products continuously.

• Maintain production floor as per compliance standard for any buyer.

• Labor management development & build up relationship with workers thus it helps to increase productivity & on time delivery.

• Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
