- Experience in Glue, Adhesive, Primer, Solvent manufacturing company will get priority.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the administrative activities of the production facility to arrange the work forces and other functional things to ensure smooth & compliant production operations in the factory.
Design the layout of the production floor to set up efficient production lines.
Standardize the production process and build the SOP including all production parameters for each of the product lines and ensure it`s respected during the production process.
Drive the product development and formalize step by step process parameters.
Standardize the quality parameters per products and ensure it`s respected during the production to ensure only right quality are produced.
Train the factory workforce in the production process, quality standard, safety & hygiene requirements and ensure it`s maintained throughout the factory operations.
Drive the factory operations for better efficiency to optimize per unit production cost of the products continuously.
Maintain production floor as per compliance standard for any buyer.
Labor management development & build up relationship with workers thus it helps to increase productivity & on time delivery.
Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
