Responsibilities & Context:
- To receive & deliver materials properly as per documents.
- To issue materials by following FIFO system.
- To conduct monthly physical inventory.
- Export delivery monitoring.
- To prepare report weekly and monthly.
- To reconcile and update reports with production department.
- Any other related jobs assigned time to time by departmental heads.
- Ensure product safety through proper storing and preservation.
- Arrange appropriate warehousing for Materials receiving, dispatching, stacking & quality control.
- Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labor, and security guards.
