Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze size set sample before going to production.
∎ Achieve production target on daily ,shipment and priority basis.
∎ Assess production capacity ,priority,and emergency situation and take necessary steps.
∎ Enforce necessary step for easy and smooth production.
∎ Forcast about daily production with all issues.
∎ Control and maintain all knitting,linking,trimming,mending section of the factory.
∎ Making of Production schedule .
∎ Implement the production schedule according to the plan.
∎ Insure the production according to the plan and shipment date.
∎ Improve the production quality of every concern issues.
∎ Increase the production with good quality.
∎ Check production report and send to office.
∎ Maintain all concern section with responsibility.
∎ Negotiate between workers and management in various issues.
∎ Improve relationship between workers and management.
∎ Monitoring all concern production floor.
∎ Make sure of workers right according to the rules.
∎ Identify the problem and quickly solve .
∎ Daily check all the report from all concern sections incharges,supervisors and conern persons and set production target.
∎ Propose the management ideas and working procedures for better production.
