Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Assistant to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. As an IT Assistant, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and provide support to end-users.
∎ • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
∎ • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
∎ • Must have knowledge on DVR/NVR and CC cameras.
∎ • Camera Installing, Cabling and troubleshooting.
∎ • Daily CCTV TV Monitoring.
