∎ Age at least 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare factory for various audit/certifications such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, C-TPAD, Accord & Alliance/RSC, HIGG as well as other ethical, social, environmental, safety audit etc.
∎ Regularly update company policies and SOPs to ensure that the factory is maintained as both Bangladesh Labor law as well as buyer COC
∎ Keep the factory always ready for any type of unannounced audit/visit of buyers, 3rd party audit, government bodies etc.
∎ Conduct periodic internal audits and work on NC/CAP
∎ Ensure that the factory is both practicing and keeping proper documentation on issues such as employment, grievances, training & development, payroll etc.
∎ Organize periodic training programs as well as various awareness sessions for both management & non-management employees
∎ Ensure workers are well aware about law, ILO, ISO, COC, Human Rights & Company Policy
∎ Ensure grievance & disciplinary procedure are well maintained and recorder properly
∎ Represent the factory at the time of various audits, buyer visits as well as government/non-government visits and work on CAPs
∎ Regularly visit each and every corner of the factory to find out possible obstacles/threats and take initiative to resolve them
∎ Arrange various environmental tests as per law and document the records
∎ Act proactively in solving any compliance related issues and report to management
