Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor SKU (Color, Size and Style) wise production output to ensure alignment with production plan & capacity.
∎ Conduct pre-production meeting with the Planning, Operation, IE, PD and QA department to takeover the job as per the job bag specifications of garment, accessories, packaging, lead time, capacity and planning study.
∎ Supervise the line setup and line balancing as per production plan with the best combination of manpower and machine.
∎ Supervise line wise and floor wise hourly forecast and ensure the first hour production of each line according to the production plan.
∎ Monitor daily absenteeism of workers to maintain inline efficiency & productivity according to job bag specifications of garment, accessories, packaging and lead time.
∎ Oversee the control of lead time against each step of the production process, finishing and packing for ensuring on time shipment and order closing date.
∎ Ensure cost control by optimum utilization of manpower, OT equalization as per production load, preventive maintenance initiative of machines and optimum usage of logistics.
∎ Maintain coordination with HR for harmonized IR, with Admin for uninterrupted housekeeping support, with Store for on time raw materials delivery, with merchandiser for ongoing production follow up, with maintenance for optimum machine productivity, with QA for best quality and with production technician for best production technical support.
∎ Ensure finished goods handover after execution of quality checking, finishing and packing to Store department to dispatch.
∎ Supervise floor maintenance and subordinate discipline to meet buyer compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of standard minute values.
∎ Knowledge of the capacity and efficiency of the operator, lines and factory.
∎ Knowledge of the HR functions.
∎ Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
∎ Basic IT knowledge and the use of computers.
∎ General knowledge of marketing.
