Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Leather Engineering and Technology will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Footwear

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making production planning according to delivery schedule
∎ Organize necessary manpower at different section in the floor coordinating with other departments to get desired result, quantity and quality and customer satisfaction.
∎ Systemize & closely monitor to avoid any kind of wastage or drawbacks.
∎ Maintain the discipline of all your subordinates and daily training process for skill development.
∎ Minimizing the cost of production and to maximize the output to ensure the profitability of company
∎ Maintain the regular co-ordination with the other managers in the production floor to ensure smoother quality shoe production.
∎ Work with maintenance team to minimize machine breakdown time and ensure target production
∎ Any other duty assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English (Writing & Communicating)
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Smart and skilled with communication.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
