∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 5 years working experience in Auto Carton manufacturing plant.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan a production schedule for Auto Carton Factory.
∎ Implement and control the production schedule.
∎ Review and adjust the schedule as & where needed.
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
∎ Make decisions about auto carton manufacturing equipment use.
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
∎ Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
∎ Set product quality standards & monitor the quality standards of products.
∎ Prepare and maintain production reports.
∎ Estimate production costs.
∎ Implement cost control programs.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.

∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
