∎ Bachelors of Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, Maintain and Develop HR application and attendance devices
∎ Install and configure HR system and attendance device
∎ Talk staff or users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help or troubleshoot, resolve issues and find out the best Practice.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
∎ Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up the system
∎ Support the roll-out of new applications
∎ Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
∎ Work continuously on a task until completion
∎ Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
∎ Rapidly establish a good working relationship with Employees and other professionals, such as software developers
∎ Test and evaluate system
∎ Making report from the HR data
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ To have knowledge on Garments, Textile, Corporate HR system.
∎ To have knowledge about Power BI.
∎ To have work experience on .Net MVC5, SQL Server,
∎ To have knowledge to code using HTML, CSS, JS.
∎ To have ability to query on SQL Server Database.
∎ To have knowledge to make crystal report.
∎ To have seriousness about responsibilities.
∎ To be energetic, smart problem solver and quick thinker.
∎ To have willingness to take challenges and work under pressure.
∎ To have multi-dimensional learning interest.
∎ To have mind set for work under pressure.
