Job Context:
∎ *Should have Experienced in Garments(Jacket) Production.
∎ *Should have Managerial Experience to Cover Cut-Fin for 12-14 Sewing Lines.
∎ *Responsible for overall production & produced garments Shipment by ensuring Quality.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment and Coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, maintenance, store, IE & Planning team for smooth operation of production.
∎ Manage & Direct activities congenial to ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects)
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 15 Years in the field of Garments Manufacturing (Minimum 7 Years' experience in similar position)
∎ Working experience in a large group of companies
∎ Capable to handle Cut to finish more than 11/15 lines .
∎ Specialist on Outer Wear Jackets (Knit & Woven Jackets, Fake Down & Real Down.)
∎ Should have knowledge in Sample, Layout, Product Quality Shipment
Salary: Negotiable
