∎ Skills Required: Database management System, IT Inventory Management, IT System Management, Networking Skills, Windows Server

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HARDWERE, Management Information System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience in new Network Setup (LAN & Wi-Fi), Network Cabling & troubleshooting.
∎ Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Network Printer, Barcode Printer, Photocopier Machine, RFID Scanner, Webcam, Speaker, Projector, Scanner Machine, UPS, Time Attendance Machine and other IT related equipment.
∎ Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting all Windows Operating Systems (English & Korean), Driver Software, Application Software & HRMS Software.
∎ Configure outlook for E-mail service, regular PST backup, PST Recovery, PST Compacting and troubleshooting.
∎ Hands On experience on MS Office, Photo Editing (Adobe Photoshop) & Video Editing (Movavi).
∎ To Arrange & Manage Video Conference Meeting (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebEx, Webinar etc)
∎ Setting up user Accounts, Passwords, E-mail and Share Folders.
∎ Communicates with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for taking Price Quotation, Making Purchase File to fulfill IT requirements.
∎ Any other IT related job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have a pleasant personality, be confident, sincere, proactive and intelligent.
∎ Should have capacity to deal Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance support to 200 Employees(for PC, Laptop, Printers, etc.)
