Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of knit and woven garment production processes.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage the garments production operations of our factory. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient and timely production while maintaining international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise and oversee daily garments production (knit & woven).
Ensure on-time delivery of orders within quality and compliance standards.
Supervise and guide production teams and line supervisors.
Monitor production efficiency, reduce wastage and optimise resources.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Quality and Supply Chain departments.
Implement and maintain compliance, safety and productivity measures.
Report production performance and suggest improvements to management.
Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
