Job Context:

∎ We are looking for interested candidates as a Production In-Charge - Injection Molding Section who has the initiative and experience in following sector, self driven and self-motivated to take challenges to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize manpower, machinery and material in an optimum way to improve productivity.
∎ Supervise & guide the Production Workers.
∎ Manage day-to-day production activity.
∎ To monitor production achievement and deviation against target on as hourly basis.
∎ Minimize waste, defects and rejections to a reasonable level.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures to increase productivity.
∎ Analyze machine downtime causes and plan corrective action to enhance production and productivity.
∎ Work closely with Technical/Maintenance team for preventive maintenance of Machines & Ancillaries.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Develop manpower through mentoring & training.
∎ Work closely with Quality team to ensure zero defect product.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work hard.
∎ Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skill.
∎ Learn, employ and utilize as much as possible from respective machine manuals.
∎ Always try to be innovative and have desire to come out of traditional thinking.
∎ Good computer literacy with MS Office package.
∎ Accustomed to using any ERP.
∎ Have to do night shift a week per month.
Salary: Negotiable
