Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc), Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Paint Coating Chemical or Ink Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Heading plant operations including Manufacturing, QC, Logistics, warehouse etc at Siegwerk Bangladesh and ensure that products are produced efficiently and according to the specifications and in line with customer requirements.
∎ Provision of products according to specifications and customer requirements
∎ Efficient manpower planning, vacation planning, and group work to avoid bottle necks in production.
∎ Implementation of projects and SIP processes.
∎ Compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment and the job safety of the employed staff.
∎ Increases in efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities and improvements in the operational procedures.
∎ Planning of RM / FG and other materials, including raising request for material transfer from Siegwerk India
∎ Procure local raw materials and other consumables.
∎ Maintenance of Company assets
∎ the Selection Committee
∎ Communicate with the Candidate till offer and onboarding process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills, English is a plus
∎ Knowledge of IT support would be an added advantage.
