Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of planning and introducing efficient production methods with proper quality to maximize company output.
∎ Should co-ordinate with the all other dependent and independent departments of the organization.
∎ Must develop and introduce methods to increase productivity at the production line.
∎ Should take the responsibility of making sure the production is cost effective and feasible to the organization.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills as Production Engineers are responsible for instructing the production department.
∎ Should be capable of handling issues relating to productivity.
∎ Must keep a check on all machines involved in production and utilize technical knowledge effectively to maximize productivity and profit.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production report.
∎ Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
∎ Assess projects and resources requirements and demands.
∎ Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and inventory management and factory administration)
∎ Any other task assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 3 year(s) experience in steel building fabrication.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Steel building fabrication, Supervision, Maintenance, Health Safety and Environment
∎ Ability to lead a group of engineers, supervisors, fabricators and workers etc.
∎ The applicants should be familiar with various welding process like SAW, FCAW, MIG etc.
∎ The applicants should be familiar with various testing like VT, UT, RT, MT and PT etc.
∎ Computer Literacy: Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Microsoft project etc.
∎ Must be good in English (Speaking and writing)
