∎ Develop and maintain the quality of fragrances. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IFRA).
∎ Lead a team and collaborate with R&D and production teams.
∎ Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ We are seeking an experienced Chemist to manage our fragrance production process. The role involves managing and testing procedures, and ensuring the regulatory quality of all products.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
