Responsibilities & Context:
•Manage the end-to-end procurement process including vendor sourcing, purchase requisition, purchase order creation, and supplier payments.
•Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
•Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
•Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for demand planning.
•Prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation as per company policy.
•Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procurement standards.
