Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking after maintenance, repair & troubleshoot of the plant equipment
∎ Conducting periodic & schedule maintenance of all machineries & equipment of the plant
∎ Diagnosing mechanical faults & plants outages & recommending repair of equipment to the team accordingly
∎ Check the status of the facilities on daily basis and make detail fixing plan
∎ Check the raw material quality and communicate to your supervisor for any irrelevant issues
∎ Distribute and follow up the daily work plan of the market promoter and labors
∎ Check the work done by the workers and recommend any modifications
∎ Initiate the PRs for any works and ensure the price are relevant to the market
∎ Regular coordination with other team players in project implementation
∎ Prepare the daily report and communicate to your supervisor and ensure the information are reached to Cox’s bazar team
∎ Communicate to the camp coordinator for any work need to be communicated to CiC or sector partners
∎ Keep the record of the project document and any other related documents
∎ Developing, updating & maintaining the SOP for maintenance of all machinery & equipment
∎ Maintaining liaison & coordinate with the other department to support uninterrupted production
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Preference will be given to those who are currently working in soaps & detergent production
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of detergent plant, Soap Finishing, Soap Chemicals, machineries & equipment's
∎ Maintenance of utilities machineries and equipment's
∎ Must have good interpersonal communication and analytical skills
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application
∎ Technical knowledge regarding maintenance of machineries and equipment's
∎ Knowledge about soap making process
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
∎ Report preparing
∎ Coordination and communication skills
∎ Motivation Skills
∎ Community mobilization
∎ Workshop facilitation
∎ Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
∎ Organizing and Planning skills
∎ Local networking and Relationship building
