Experience:
- UHT Plant DE line experience (Downstream operation post milk filling in packets)
Qualification:
- Language: Understands & Speaks English (Mandatory) added benefit if they understand Arabic/Hindi/Urdu
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to equipment or processes.
- Communication skills: Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Responsibilities & Context:
They should have experience on Tetra pak A3 series UHT filler and Sig Combi line CB-3 and 1 series.
They should have DE line experience and be able to do basic troubleshooting
- Monitor equipment performance: Continuously observe equipment operation, identifying any malfunctions or performance issues.
- Troubleshooting and minor repairs: Diagnose and resolve basic equipment problems. Escalate complex issues to technicians.
- Preventative maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for operating equipment and handling materials.
- Data entry and record keeping: Accurately record equipment performance data, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues.
- Continuous improvement: Contribute to identifying ways to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance safety in the packing and distributionprocess
