Job Context:
∎ Permanent position
∎ To manage the Plant Operations which includes Production, Quality, Warehousing, Engineering as well as Administration efficiently by inculcating and ensuring Safety Culture, Discipline among the team. He must be able to express and promote TACTS Values among the team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Al the Factory legal compliances are followed.
∎ Proper Management of plant operation which includes Production, QC, Warehousing, Engineering and Plant administration.
∎ Customer Services are of highest level by proper coordination among planning, procurement, production, QC, warehousing, and sales.
∎ Health & Hygiene of SAP & Production systems.
∎ Efficiently utilisation of installed capacities in the plant.
∎ Coordination with India team for timely availability of all the required RM.
∎ Optimized usage of all the available resources.
∎ 5S & SAFETY during manufacturing at shop floor.
∎ Discipline among the team at shop floor / working areas
∎ Engagement and development of the team.
∎ Develop tracking system for customer orders and their excellent customer service.
∎ Liaison with govt official and statutory bodies. .
∎ Safety culture in the team as per Siegwerk Standard.
∎ Keep track of plant stocks and track possible SLOB material.
∎ Keep track on RM ordering process as per customer requirement.
∎ MIS Report and presentations on BD operations
∎ Development of Cost-effective suppliers for local purchases.
∎ Support HR team for trainings and development of the team.
∎ Safety team for regular audits of the plant.
∎ India PPC team by providing timely forecast and orders in system.
∎ Team Working by coordinating and supporting all the stakeholders
Salary: Negotiable
