Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises and coordinates among all department to ensure quality and quantity of production.
∎ Supervises the operation of concrete batching plant for smooth Services.
∎ Monitor quality and quantity of raw materials to ensures quality production & report to higher authority accordingly
∎ Interacts with sales team and customer service to coordinate efficient delivery of product and makes recommendations
∎ Consult with area managers and other supervisory personnel to resolve problems, provide immediate feedback, and recommend solutions to improve performance
∎ Meet company safety standards
∎ Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
∎ Report to General Manager (Operation)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge about Ready-Mix industries operations.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines all the while being detail-oriented
∎ Good analytical problem-solving skills, leadership quality & communication skill
∎ Computer Knowledge
