Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and schedule store activities, such as receiving, storing, loading, and dispatching of ready mix products
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy and quality of stock of all plants
∎ Implement and enforce store policies and procedures, such as safety, security, and hygiene
∎ Manage Store staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining
∎ Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ready-mix products
∎ Maintain store equipment and vehicles and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed
∎ Prepare and analyze warehouse reports and performance indicators
∎ Create new material code in SAP
∎ Posting material and verifying in SAP
∎ Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
