Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages Planning Department (supervises the application of procedures with respect to reporting employees, defines tasks and responsibilities of subordinate workers, ensures the applicability of business conduct standards, creates and fosters teamwork spirit, ensures proper level of employment and employees' qualifications, evaluates subordinate employees)
∎ Performs production optimization considering the available data from Production Department. (available productivity data, information about scheduled maintenance checks), SNP personnel (orders from clients), Purchasing Department (materials available for production), R&D QA (process performance).
∎ Updates the plan according to set cycles for the purpose of the respective concerns and departments and in line with shipping schedules.
∎ Determines equipment, materials and advises manpower required to complete production.
∎ Lead weekly/monthly Master Production Schedule meetings.
∎ Maintains daily/weekly/monthly production planning at all levels, perform analysis and constant follow ups;
∎ Production planning optimization to ensure production continuity and process control. Reduction of write offs with respect to JTI and their clients. Material planning optimization to ensure production continuity and process control. Reduction of write offs with respect to JTI and their clients.
∎ Involves in planning: Mid-term planning - monthly plan preparation. Long-term planning - participation in the development of a 3-year ASP plan.
∎ Ensures health and safety according to ISO/EHS, 5S3R processes and programs, identify the hazards, assess the risks, and ensure that control measures are implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace. Compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and implement requirements.
∎ Data analysis and decision making to support finished goods and semi-finished goods demand;Follows and estimate required production capacities and propose solutions as needed; Manage and ensure KPI follow up and studies that are base for determination of future steps and strategies.
