Additional Requirements:
- Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
- Require factory payroll experience for 1-3 years, if EPZ experience will be plus
- Fluency in English
- Expert in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
Following up daily attendance, have to physical check to matching the record.
Prepare monthly employee salary to ensure salary issue on time
Monthly evaluate employee performance and maintaining the yearly increment
Worker bank account creation, instruction give to worker about bank account
Worker final settlement calculation when monthly release employee occurs
Maternity benefit issue
Issuing yearly EL encashment
Prepare Eid bonus yearly
Organizing all salary related files
