∎ Age 22 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All kinds of pattern making is must ( Both Leather and synthetic )Sports, Leather, summer sandals Ladies, man's, boots, And waterproof shoes etc.
∎ Knowledge in making patterns for Direct injection shoe's and PU pouring.
∎ Knowledge in making costing, consumption and industrialization.
∎ Pattern grading through iCad and Shoe master. Production follow and give proper feedback Candidate must have wide range of experience working in footwear pattern making and engineering. ( All kids of shoes I,e : Leather boot , Pumpi , Ankle Boot , Synthetic Shoe , Running , Trekking , outdoor , Sandals , Fashion shoes etc. )
∎ Must have sound knowledge working in both leather and synthetic shoes.
∎ Must have the knowledge in pattern grading and industrialization , concept of making the chain , product development to bulk production.
∎ Must have knowledge of footwear consumption , sample size to final order projection.
∎ Must have the knowledge making design spec sheet from the initial query of buyer , PD Manager or Business head.
∎ Should have the mentality to work in pressure and take all kinds of challenge to complete development process well in time and prepare the product as smooth for the final production.
∎ Need to assist PD manager to run the operation smoothly and follow up over sample making.
∎ Need to monitor production line and give solution for any technical issue ( If arrives )

Skills & Expertise:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Must have the practical experience in the Footwear Industry for at least 5-7 years and the total experience should be not less than 05 years in the relevant field.
