Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline or
∎ Diploma in Engineering from any recognized institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Manufacturing Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review packing process, packing material management and waste control
∎ Monitor and control packing process cost-effectively and deliver products on time
∎ Distribute duties and responsibilities to packers & operators, supervise their work
∎ Monitor and ensure product standards
∎ Coordinate to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow
∎ Maintain good housekeeping & 5S
∎ Leading and inspiring team for better production
∎ Keep close eye to achieve production target
∎ Ensure safety of the plant and compliance rules as per OSHA
∎ Prepare and implement all machine, material and working process related SOPs
∎ Maintain all kind of ISO related document

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in Hygiene industry (Sanitary Napkin, Baby Diaper).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good oral communication, People management skill and cost conscious.
