Responsibilities & Context:
Operate rice milling machines including paddy cleaner, de-stoner, husker, separator, whitener, polishers, grader, and packaging units.
Monitor equipment parameters and adjust settings to ensure proper functioning and product quality.
Conduct pre-operational checks and maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of machines.
Feed raw materials (paddy/rice) into the machines as per schedule and instructions.
Ensure continuous flow of production without interruption or unnecessary downtime.
Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times.
