*** Must be willing to work in National Special Economic Zone, Mirsarai, Chattogram.

*** Experience in switch, socket, or similar product will be highly preferred.

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines for switch & socket plastic components.

• Set molds, adjust machine parameters, and ensure smooth production operations.

• Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection.

• Check product quality during production and report defects immediately.

• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and routine troubleshooting.

• Maintain proper raw material feeding and color matching.

• Ensure molds and machines are cleaned and maintained properly.

• Follow production planning and supervisor instructions.

• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

• Record daily production and machine performance reports.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical accessories manufacturing.

• Sound knowledge of plastic and metal production processes.

• Basic knowledge of electrical products or assembly line operation.

• Good understanding of plastic raw materials and molding process.

• Basic troubleshooting skills.
