∎ General Functions:
∎ Under overall supervision of the Snr. Programme Manager/Deputy Chief of Mission (DCOM)- Development and direct supervision of National Operations Officer and technical oversight of the Operations Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for providing support for day to day implementation of Operations and Movement related activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide assistance to migrants at the airport under Assistance to Voluntary Return & Reintegration (AVRR)/Voluntary Humanitarian Return (VHR), Family Reunification or related programme.
∎ Assist returned migrants to develop sustainable reintegration plans through reintegration counselling support, developing reintegration plans, contacting relevant vendors, delivering reintegration grants etc.
∎ Conduct confidential information gathering/sharing interviews virtually with migrants considering voluntarily returning to their home country.
∎ Maintain good rapport with beneficiaries to facilitated assistance provision in a respectful manner through appropriate communication.
∎ Assist migrants by identifying immediate referral needs such as health, psychological, protection or any other special needs and effectively coordinate referrals and follow up services to the referred migrants.
∎ Contact relevant vendors to confirm smooth reintegration assistance to the migrants by making sure the availability of required documents to report on the assistance of the respective departments.
∎ Monitor progress of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) project to prepare required reports as per project requirement.
∎ Provide overall support for the verification of educational and other relevant documents of applicants with the respective issuing authorities and Ensure that relevant document verification records are updated and maintained accurately.
∎ Conduct tracing and assessment activities and report as per project requirement.
∎ Liaise with local government authorities and other stake holders as necessary
∎ Communicate in a cordial and informative manner with relevant beneficiaries and clients to support the implementation of the project activities
∎ Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary or client case files, computer-based database, update database details regularly of each individual migrant's case file by keeping all relevant records in an organized manner and generate abstracts and relevant reports as per requirement.
∎ Process relevant financial documents for submission to the Finance following standard procedures.
∎ Undertake duty travel as per necessity.
∎ Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent technical knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Minimum 04 years of experience in livelihood and community development, income generating projects or microfinance with International Organizations, INGO/NGOs.
∎ Experience in working with migrants, civil society and government is an asset.
∎ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; courtesy, tact and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
∎ Previous experience in the area of assisting beneficiaries (returnees), client management would be highly regarded;
∎ Ability to work with a high degree of independence within assigned areas.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
